(Decommissioning is normally done in the late Fall)

Storage - Wet/ Dry/ None
Haul out, pressure wash & block
Haul out date
Relaunch date
Top off fuel tanks with: gasoline/ diesel / do not top off
If diesel, add biocide (fuel treatment to prevent bacterial growth)

Stand/Cradle rental
Remove and store mast
Change oil and filter
Replace fuel filters
Winterize engine
Winterize fresh water system
Winterize head
Pump out holding tank
Winterize holding tank
Winterize air conditioner(s)
Winterize refrigeration (water cooled)
Winterize hot water heater
Remove and store batteries
Remove sails and store below in vessel
Clean and wax hullsides
Inspect hull for blisters and condition of laminate
Cover vessel
Supply winter 30 amp electrical service
Check seacocks: clean and lube as needed
Enviro-strip bottom paint to gelcoat

It is also understood that you will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the unit (or articles left in or with the unit) in case of fire, theft, accident, inclement weather conditions or any other cause beyond your control.)
