The Sailing Emporium does ot have a slip tax. Annual storage fee includes wet or dry winter storage, summer slip,
30 amp electric service, water, swimming pool, use of all recreational amenities, gazebo, barbecue grills, picnic
areas for personal use, bicycles, pump-out.

Please Note: All flat rates are based on normal conditions prevailing. Any rates charged above these will be discussed with the owner prior to commencement of work.
No work will be performed on any account 30 days past due. All accounts must be paid in full within 15 days of date rendered. An interest rate of 2% may be charged against overdue accounts. All prices subject to change without notice. Charges for non-resident vessels are due upon receipt. |
