The "glue" that holds it together, however, is customer relations. Our service manager and yard foreman keep on top of every work order until the job is complete. Customers are kept up- to-date on projects by phone, fax or mail. Most jobs can be quoted. Occasionally we will draw upon the services of excellent local subcontractors. No job is too small.
